16 May Rooinek pass Haworthia witterbergensis

I have struggled with Haworthia wittebergensis in cultivation for 4 years.  When I saw these in the field I was amazed as they grow on the south side (shady side) of a ridge.  They also were found only in cracks in the deep shade!  When I got home from the South Africa trip, the first thing I did was move my Haworthia wittebergensis from the bright sunlight into deep shade.
