This plant is the form Haworthia retusa var. geraldii.   It is a dark green offsetting variety.  Suprizingly most retusas in the field are not prolific like this type.  The opposite is true of the nursary bench, where most plants offered as "retusa" are heavy offseters.  You will find that these are often not even H. retusa, but instead are H. turgida!
